I will never forget my time as a member of the boys choir at Grace Episcopal Church, Jamaica, NY during the 1950s. Long hours and hard work -- but thanks to Mr. R. Anderson and Mr. R. Schere everything always turned out perfectly. I still have a framed picture on my mantel at home of me and 3 of my choir-mates. Good luck to St. Thomas' boys choir.

I enjoyed watching this piece and was wonderfully surprised at the sounds of the voices and dedication given by all. God's work is truely felt. I had goosebumps!

i discovered St. Thomas about five years ago. I was searching the web for Evensong services here In the States after listening to some of the most grand music from the Cathedral and Collegiate choirs . When I saw the link to St. Thomas Church I was a bit skeptical. I tuned in to the next available webcast. When Father Mead said "and we welcome those listening to Evensong over the webcast", I felt goosebumps, at that moment I went from a listener to feeling a part of the live service. I have been listening ever since. I will never get to St. Thomas Church, but thanks to the generosity and goodwill of St. Thomas many of us get to hear this uplifting and prayerful music. I am so glad that Fr. Mead was able to narrate this video. His love for St. Thomas and the Choir School was evident on so many occasions. Father Mead and the other priests have provided me with excellent Christ-centered preaching and teaching. A special thank you to all associated with St. Thomas, choristers, men singers, teachers, music staff, everybody. A special thank you to all the parents who have allowed their sons to become part of the St. Thomas tradition. Your sons have at a young age become ambassadors of goodwill and peace to many thousands not only in New York but around the world. May the peace and joy they have given to us, come back to them tenfold as they journey through life.

Lovely voices, I listen to St. Thomas services on the webcast. I'm looking forward to meeting young Carl when the choir is in Florida next year.
